December 4, 2024 —The Kendal Corporation is proud to announce the appointment of Max Ault as Senior Director of Project Integration, effective January 20. With over 17 years of expertise in economic and community development, business strategy, and operations, Max brings a depth of experience that will strengthen Kendal’s mission to support vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable Affiliate communities and organizations.
Max comes to Kendal, having led efforts that supported more than $250 million in public and private real estate developments. His work spans projects prioritizing sustainability, resilience, environmental health, and long-term economic impact, which align with Kendal’s values.

Driving Strategic Growth at Kendal
In his new role, Max will optimize project implementation and organizational systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include facilitating cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion, and providing technical and analytical support to the CEO and senior management.

Max has held impactful leadership roles across public agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofits, and the private sector, applying a collective approach to team management and strategic transformation. As the grandson of Quakers, he is distinctly passionate about Kendal’s Quaker-inspired mission.
