The Leadership Forum is a model for collaboration and a mechanism for communication on new initiatives, innovation, growth and evaluation, governance, and the general health of the System.

The Leadership Forum is made up of Affiliate CEOs, Affiliate Board Chairs, and the TKC leadership team. Developed to support Kendal’s unique governing model, it is not a separate legal entity but is a unique structured forum developed to integrate the Affiliate perspective into the work of the Kendal System and TKC.

This group meets twice a year in person for dinner, followed by a day and a half of meetings. They last met on March 5 and an upcoming meeting is scheduled for June.

At the January Leadership Forum, the group decided that it would be beneficial to also meet virtually twice a year as a peer group to further cross-system sharing and share best practices.
