You can still visit the museums and art exhibits, or even attend a concert with your friends, you just need to get a little creative. Can you schedule an opera night and stream a live performance from the Met from your balcony or front porch? Or maybe have a British Invasion from The Beatles and watch the Fab Four during their touring years from 1962 to 1966. Make scones, brew some teas, have fish and chips and pull up some British fun facts to share.
